1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded between Second Use, hereinafter referred to as “Seller”, and the consumer, hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”.

1.2 By placing an order with the Seller, the Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.

1.3 Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed in writing between Seller and Buyer.

2. Product Information

2.1 The product information on Second Use’s website has been compiled with the utmost care. Nevertheless, no rights can be derived from any inaccuracies.

2.2 Images on the website are for illustration purposes and may differ from the actual product.

3. Order and Payment

3.1 An agreement is established when the Buyer places the order and the payment is successfully completed.

3.2 The Buyer is obliged to provide correct and complete information when placing an order.

3.3 Payment must be made in the manner indicated during the ordering process.

3.4 Second Use reserves the right to refuse orders in case of pricing errors or delivery problems.

4. Cancellation and Returns

4.1 The Buyer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

4.2 In case of cancellation, the Buyer is obliged to return the product to Second Use within 14 days after the cancellation.

4.3 The costs for return shipping are at the expense of the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

4.4 The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

5. Warranty and Liability

5.1 The Seller guarantees the quality of the delivered products in accordance with statutory warranty provisions.

5.2 Second Use is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage resulting from incorrect use of the product.

6. Complaint Procedure

6.1 Complaints about products or services should be reported in writing to Second Use as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after discovery, via customer service at the email address klantenservice@seconduse.nl.

6.2 Second Use will contact the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the complaint to discuss the issue and come to an appropriate solution.

7. Force Majeure

7.1 The Seller is not liable if a shortcoming is the result of force majeure.

7.2 Force majeure is defined as: any circumstance beyond the will and influence of Second Use that temporarily or permanently prevents the fulfillment of the agreement.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

8.1 Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions and to all agreements.

8.2 Disputes between Second Use and the Buyer will, if they cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, be submitted to the competent court in the district where Second Use is located.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

9.1 Second Use reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Any changes will take effect after publication on Second Use’s website

By placing an order with Second Use, the Buyer declares to agree with these terms and conditions.
