    What does refurbished mean?

    Refurbished products are professionally overhauled and tested. They work like new but are more sustainable and affordable.

    Can I return my order?

    Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt. Returns can be easily registered through our customer service.

    How much warranty do I get?

    All products come with at least a 12-month warranty. Some products even have a 24-month warranty.

    How quickly will my order be shipped?

    Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same business day. You will receive a track & trace code.
